Report a problem

Report a problem to info@buddy-assistent.com. Describe the app version, device, time and error without sharing unnecessary sensitive information. Buddy may ask for reasonable diagnostic information or steps to reproduce the issue.

For a software issue, include the platform, app version, device model, operating system and a short description. Do not share passwords, session tokens, API keys or unnecessary sensitive information.
